- Design Change: Our previous version of the Covid SafePass App was not reviewed or authorized and went beyond the limitations outlined in the regulations and guidance for medical device software. - Design Change: The self-assessment questionnaire that was previously available on the SafePass app has been removed. Please refer to the CDC website for their self-assessment survey. - All users must either update to the new SafePass App version or delete the original SafePass App version. |
